I’ve read a fair amount about how color effects mood and there are certain colors that are better for a bedroom. I can’t paint the walls in my bedroom but I recently replaced white sheets with some gold sheets from another room.
That wasn’t working so I went for gray. The only problem is that now I can’t really wake up. I definitely can’t work on the computer in that room anymore and I know that I’m supposed to have a dedicated room for sleeping and shouldn’t do that anyways. I don’t think it would be enough to tackle major insomnia but it has helped me sleep a little bit better.
