I recently took a few days off, three to be exact. When I got back to my job I simply couldn’t remember it. It seemed like my first day all over again. I was just staring at the lcd monitor like “What do you want from me?” Plus, I was really behind. It was only three days, but I usually work most everyday, even on the weekends. I read the forums for the companies I work for a few times a day. It just made me realize how on top of things I need to be when I work in a technical field. Things change hourly so just taking off a few days really throws me for a loop.
