		<description>Well you could have a point with fibro, adjusting your typing speed. Like Cindy said, try to flex your muscles some more, it could help you. Further than that, how long are sitting working on the computer? That could be a point to.

		<description>Have you tried taking a break to do stretches several times while you&#039;re web surfing or typing? I don&#039;t mean hamstring or lower back (although they can really help everything.) What I mean is stretching the forearms- wrist to elbow. Backwards, forwards. Draw little circle in the air. Conduct a symphony! Whatever ever little distractions you can find to manipulate your tissues, muscles and joints will help to keep them from tightening up, reducing your oxygen saturation and creating lactic acid deposits. Shoulder shrugs... try everything. And when you&#039;re finished with to your stretching session and/or your work session, do a gratitude dance.
