Fibromyalgia Feat of the Day

In life, especially life with fibro, it’s the details that matter. It’s whether you tackle that first step to your problem whether it’s looking up top diet pills or getting out of unhealthy relationships. Today my insurmountable fibro feat seems to be taking out the trash. For some reason I’m seeing it as a how to. I would have to:

1. Put on shoes

2. Put on jacket

3. Bundle up trash

4. Find keys

5. Lock door

6. Walk to dumpster

7. Hoist trash above my head into dumpster

8. Walk back from dumpster

9. Unlock door

10. Take off jacket

11. Take off shoes

You remember how in school they tell you that there are some things your subconscious takes care of like breathing? With fibro it seems like even the simplest tasks are a big deal. If I actually accomplish that process today on top of everything else I have to do, I’ll be proud. What is your fibromyalgia feat of the day?

Every single time I manage to get up and shower and put on real people clothes I feel like I completed a giant feat. Tis sad when your body rejects you.

I’m working on becoming a freelance writer too, I wish you luck!!!!!

Although the more I read, the more it seems like you don’t need luck! :)
