This is my first full decade where I’ve been sick the entire time. That is a depressing thought but at the same time I made it. I went through college and started my own business. I kept as many of my relationships alive as I possibly could. I was happy and made someone (hopefully several people) laugh. I got an insurance quote. I stayed out of debt. I found ways to manage my disease. I got my own apartment. I tried out painting and then decided I wasn’t an artist. I read more books then I could carry. I bought a new car. So I had fibromyalgia this whole time but I still did everything I set out to do and I intend the next ten years to go exactly the same way. What amazing things have you accomplished in spite of fibro?
