Using a Laptop Outside
One of the best features of a laptop is that it’s portable. Most of us who work from home probably had grand schemes of lying on the beach and typing away on our next best selling blog post. Well, I actually gave this a try today. Fine, I was in a hammock in the mountains, but still it felt like the best job in the world. I finally had a career that other people would envy, like being a San Jose motorcycle accident attorney or something. That is until I actually tried to turn on the computer screen.
I couldn’t even tell that it was on. I tried to go in the shade but still the glare was too much. I squinted and googled about how to fix the problem. Some people suggested sunglasses and a hat. This alleviated the problem somewhat on my end. I know there is a special visor for laptops and I may invest in one of those. As it stands, even with all the tips and tricks it still really slowed down my work speed. Not to mention the work got in my way of relaxation. It’s probably a better idea to just stay indoors, get as much work done as possible, and then go outside as a reward.

I love working outside with my laptop. I actually worked at the pool (back row) and careful not to get my laptop wet. Highly recommend it!
