Hi - I work best in the afternoons, after about 1pm, until about 7, though I do find that I am v. productive in the evening and night. I'm just a mess during the morning.

I work best in the mornings. When I lived in DC, I got used to a very early schedule (waking at 4am) to beat the traffic into work. When I moved to Colorado, I tried sleeping later, but it just didn't feel right. I was diagnosed with fibro only a few weeks ago, but I know that mornings still work best for me.

I find it best to start work "before" I am starting to feel better. I know that my best hours are between 11:00 and 5:00, so I work around 10:00 or so and quit when I'm done or when I can. I make sure to move around often. Roll shoulders, etc.
