Change Your Life in Seven Days Update
When I finished the “Change Your Life in Seven Days” experiment I vowed to keep going. I thought it was just going to be new age mumbo jumbo when I started. I didn’t think it would be able to get through to me because I’m kind of sarcastic. I like practical advice like how to get the cheapest Arizona auto insurance. This is one of the few self help books that I could really relate to. It really taught me coping skills with how to change my thinking. I was feeling like a more positive person with better self talk.
It’s pretty easy. It just takes a few minutes of gratitude & visualization a day. I really wanted it to become part of my life. Then of course, I just forgot about it. It’s only been a little over a month & I’ve already gotten out of the routine. This is exactly why I don’t make New Years Resolutions. This is too important to just fade from memory.

It takes a lot of will power to change your habits and the way you live. I’m currently battling to improve my work and home life and so far I must say it’s been worth it. For me the biggest change I’ve made is organization and not letting myself get stressed – if some major catastrophe happens at work I just think if worse comes to worst I can just get anew job
. For catastrophe’s at home I think stress is unavoidable however.
