Stress Test
I would say that I’m a high stress person. Part of that is because I’m a perfectionist & the other part stems from fibromyalgia. I don’t feel well & most everything causes me pain so things seem like a big deal when I’m really not. I ran across this free stress test last week & surprise surprise, I’m at the highest level.
Some days, I have a really hard time making decisions like if I need diet pills or which route to take to the store. I’m fine in handling the big crisis’s, but it’s the small stuff that always gets to me. I think in general with the economy being the way it is, most of us probably are feeling pretty tense. I’m interested in hearing what is your stress level?

How many times you have tested yourself? Try some more times. You will be mad at the result. I am sure of it.

I’m very glad to see that most here agree. As for the others, please listen and learn, before we lose all life in nature that’s so precious.
