Starting Over
The four golden rules to the I can make you thin program shouldn’t be that difficult. I just have to eat what I want, eat concisely, & then stop when I’m full. A few months ago I got within 5 lbs. of my goal weight doing this. It was so easy.
Unfortunately I’ve noticed lately that I’ve been eating in the front of the TV watching MTV or litter box commercials & not focusing on my food. I eat when I’m not hungry just because there is good food in the house. As a result I’ve gained 5 lbs. I really need to start doing this again. I want to make it a habit because it’s not a diet & I think it helped me develop a healthy relationship with food. It’s so difficult to lose weight/maintain weight with fibromyalgia & I found a pretty effortless way of doing it. I just need to get back into the habit. Sometimes my experiments don’t stick so I have to start them all over again.

I think that what you need is a philosophy, in other words, you have to educate your stomach and hungry, you’ll eat only when sitted in front of a table? perfect but try to avoid eating in front of tv, you can’t gain and los eweight like this it’s not good for your body I think…
