I can make you thin: keeping off the weight

I was really excited by the I Can Make You Thin experiment because it was really a lifestyle change. It wasn’t a diet. It wasn’t something that I would stop doing once I got to a certain weight. The weight has been really easy to keep off, I don’t even have to think about it.

However, last week was my birthday so I decided to pig out. I loaded up on junk food, cheese cake, ice cream. I thought it would be ok because the whole idea behind I Can Make You Thin is that you can eat whatever you want. However, because it was my birthday I decided to just eat & eat, even when I wasn’t hungry. I’ve gained 4 lbs & I really need to get back on track. I need to learn that sometimes less is more. I don’t enjoy the food anymore when I eat to excess. In fact, I enjoy the food a lot more when I savor it instead of just eating as much as I possibly can.
