Finding comfort with fibromyalgia

For years I’ve been on the quest to find a comfortable way to sleep. I’ve tried all kinds of beds but it’s just so difficult when I feel like I have princess & the pea syndrome. Usually I wake up with my back hurting more than when I went to sleep.
Today I was surprised at how comfortable a hammock is. I may even try sleeping in it some nights. Granted, it’s not a rope hammock so I don’t have thousands of ropes digging into my muscles. It really seemed to relax my back, neck & shoulders.

Cupping is a safe treatment for fibromyalgia when it is done by someone who is qualified. Never try this by yourself at home.. Cupping can provide great benefits to you and help in your overall healing of the symptoms of fibromyalgia…
