The Perfect Workout Experiment
Weight gain seems to be a big issue with fibromyalgia. I really wish that I hadn’t of just typed big issue, but I’m on a roll here & I’m going with it. For the past year I’ve been trying to lose ten lbs. through diet & exercise. It just seemed like no matter what I did, the weight wouldn’t come off.
I chronicled this in a one month experiment to try & find the perfect workout with fibromyalgia that would help me lose weight. In my other attempts to find the perfect workout I didn’t seem to build muscle & I was so exhausted by the time I finish my thirty minute workout that I can’t do anything else for two days.

It’s my time to lose weight, so I’ll also try few of methods presented on the Internet, the most important rule is not to eat too much - it works well in my case.

Dont give up hope maybe you started off to quickly, Pilates has worked for me loosing pounds in weight and i would really recomend it to anyone. Just start of nice and easy. Even though the exercises look very simple and easy they are actually working almost every muscle and i promise the weight will soon drop of. Hope this help and hope you dont give up. Thanks
