Hope for Fibromyalgia
I wish that I was writing about some new breakthrough in research or medicine to give us hope. However, I’m writing this because I just had the worst fibromyalgia flare of my life. All last week I was in so much pain that I was only sleeping 2-3 hours a night & even then it would take me 8 hours to get those 2-3 hours of sleep. I kept waking up every twenty minutes.
The lack of sleep meant my body just broke down in a huge amount of pain. I couldn’t do anything, not even turn on the TV. I just laid there looking at the cables wondering if they were CAT6. The hope part comes in that the flare stopped. Yes, with fibromyalgia it always seems that I have to adjust to new levels of pain. Sometimes things go back to normal. Other times the pain just seems like it’s a new way of life. However, it’s just a relief to be back to my normal pain level.

I am so sorry. That sort of flare is miserable. I hope that was the last sort you have for a long time. If ever.

Hello, hope your doing better now. Same as you, I am also one of many people suffered much pain of Fibromyalgia. I went from doctor to doctor to look for answers regarding my condition. It’s really difficult to lead a normal life having this kind of illness and others even doctors think I’m crazy.
Take this as an advice, during my days suffering pain, I used a system that really change my life, make me feel better like anyone else, start attending my kids activities again, feeling great and happy with the my whole family, and enjoy life to the fullest.
The system is…. the “Heal Your Body System”. This offers long term solutions to your Fibromyalgia not just a cover up medication. It gives you the power to cure yourself rather then relying on others to heal you. It gives you the freedom to gain your health back free from the countless medicines you’ve been taking.
The Rid Fibromyalgia - http://ridfibromyalgia.com/ provides an eBook entitled “Heal the Body” that will teach you the best diet that will allow you to eat your way to wellness, it will also document which vitamins and supplements will target and reverse the illness, how to achieve pain relief through acupuncture, what exercises are safe and will work, and what type of medications may make you sicker, and what will work. This eBook takes a step by step approach in showing you how to rid yourself of the pain naturally so that you can take back your life.
Hope this will help you…
