The plateau

I seem to have hit a plateau with my weight loss. I went from a size 12 to a size 8 in about a month. Ideally, I want to be a size 6, but I just can’t seem to lose these last 5-10 lbs. Paul Mckenna did say that the four golden rules wouldn’t make me model skinny, because that just isn’t healthy. It seems that I’ve settled at a healthy weight.

It’s not a diet. I would consider top diet pills if I was heavier, but I think I can feel good about myself at a size 8. My weight loss has plateaued, but at least I haven’t been gaining it back.

I’ve never been able to figure out women’s sizes. But I do know that weight loss seems to be a very complicated proposition for most, including myself. Once a bit of padding comes on, it’s difficult to get off. Which is why I find myself at the gym every day now.
