		<description>That is odd but my experience with dieting was completely opposite. It was very difficult in the beginning, trying to get used to the new routine, and the diet and all, but as I lost weight I gained more and more motivation, I started to look nice and i wanted to keep it that way, so my diet and exercise got tougher and tougher. I dont have any more eating or weight problems anymore :) [pauses to pat self on back]

but seriously if you lost 10 lbs then dont stop there, youve come this far and covered the hard part, just continue with that.

also remember that good exercise is addictive :)</description>
