I Can Make You Thin: Bye Bye Motivation

There’s only been one negative side effect from watching I Can Make You Thin. Yes, I lost about 12 lbs. Granted, I’ll never look like a lingerie model, but I’m happy with myself. I really don’t want to lose anymore weight. When I started this experiment I just wanted to stop gaining weight. I was able to get off those last 10 lbs. that never seem to move.

Plus, I haven’t had to change anything since the show stopped. I just follow the four golden rules & I’m fine. I get to enjoy food & have a healthy relationship with it. However, since I lost the weight, I’ve had a really hard time finding the motivation. I know I need to exercise, but losing weight was such a motivation.

That is odd but my experience with dieting was completely opposite. It was very difficult in the beginning, trying to get used to the new routine, and the diet and all, but as I lost weight I gained more and more motivation, I started to look nice and i wanted to keep it that way, so my diet and exercise got tougher and tougher. I dont have any more eating or weight problems anymore :) [pauses to pat self on back]

but seriously if you lost 10 lbs then dont stop there, youve come this far and covered the hard part, just continue with that.

also remember that good exercise is addictive :)
