Are you an emotional eater?

This was a question that I had to ask myself when I was trying to lose weight. My first thought was no. I guess just because I’m thinnish, I didn’t see it as much of a problem. I do notice that when I’m sick, I tend to eat all day long.

I’m just so tired that my body translates that into being hungry. I’m so tired that I need energy & where do we usually get energy? Food. So, I just keep eating because I’m not feeling anymore energetic. Once I cut out this behavior & only started eating when I was actually hungry, I lost weight quite easily. I just had to accept the fact that eating more wasn’t giving me more energy. I have fibromyalgia & it sucks. However, hopefully I’ll be able to contact Outer Banks rentals someday & have a vacation during winter & that should help some of my pain. For now I can just dream, I guess I am an emotional eater.

Its amazing that how you are able to eat more when you are sick because when a person is sick he is not able to eat any thing because of the intake of medicines , taste buds dont work properly.
