On last night’s episode of “I can Make You Thin” they did an experiment to show how “unconscious eating” makes us gain weight. They took two bags of popcorn & left them in their office for two weeks. Then they served the popcorn to moviegoers. No one noticed anything was wrong with the stale popcorn. They all ate the entire bag, or one or two bags while they were watching the movie.
Popcorn is one of my favorite foods & the best thing about this plan is that I can still eat it as long as I’m aware of it. However, I can’t eat in front of a tv or a movie. I just don’t imagine myself making popcorn & sitting at a table & chewing each bite twenty times. Popcorn is a movie food. I guess I’ll just have to deal.




Eating without thinking always gets us into trouble, lol. Popcorn is a good high-fiber treat, unless its loaded down with a lot of fat and chemicals.
