Fibromyalgia & Elevation
I always just assumed that weather was the biggest environmental element that effected my fibromyalgia. Good thing that I live in northern Utah, brilliant move on my part. When I go to southern Utah, I tend to feel a lot better. (I know, I know I need to move.) There is a lot less snow in southern Utah, but it’s really only about 10-20 degrees warmer.
On my recent vacation I realized that elevation wise, my house was on the top of the mountains I was looking at & Southern Utah is at the bottom of the canyon. It’s a difference of about 6000 feet. No, I don’t drink, so it wasn’t the Riedel glasses on vacation that were making me feel better. Do you think fibromyalgia is effected by elevation, or is it purely the weather?
