My Dad remarked that chores sure have changed in his time. When he was growing up, chores meant waking up at 4:30 & taking care of the animals. They made most everything they needed.

Usually, I get nostalgic when people talk about back in the day, even though I wasn’t alive yet. things just seem better & more personal. Now, chores consist of turning on the computer & going through e-mail & throwing out spam. Granted, running an online business does seem tedious at times, but I’ll take that chore any day of the week over a 4:30 wake up call.
