		<description>Definitely you're  right , if exercise would  be fun maybe all of us are no longer fat. Anyways, it depends on you how you would motivate your self in continuing and enjoying your workout.I think You only need discipline.</description>

		<description>I agree exercise is much better if it's fun, that's why I like gardening. Lots of digging, bending, stretching, lots of fresh air and free fruit and veggies too. What could be better?</description>

		<description>I'm afraid fun and sledding became two very distinct entities for me last time I tried to combine them. After managing to wrap myself around a tree, I'd just got that expression on my face that children get when they know that a large amount of sensory pain is steaming-rolling towards their brain - the sort of expression that looks like you're deciding whether or not to cry.

At this exact moment an 8 year old kid came over to check that I was ok - I felt sooooo dumb and pathetic</description>
