The Perfect Workout: Part Deux
I’ve been alternating the days that I workout. I’m trying to slowly build up my strength. So I do pilates for two days & then take a break. I want my body working like a fine tuned plasma cutting machine. So I woke up at 3 in the morning. (The life of a fibromite). I thought, hmm maybe I’ll work out for the third day in a row.
Then I went back to sleep for a few hours & by the time I woke up I could barely walk or sit up straight. I guess that means I need to take the day off. It’s discouraging & frustrating but I’m going to have to get used to it if I insist on working out with fibromyalgia.

pilates tones down and leans out body part. but i havent gotten down to do it. im just thinkin about exercise and im already exhausted.
