Pilates & Fibro

I was looking for an exercise that would still build muscle but would be easier than tae bo. I settled on pilates, having no idea what exactly pilates was. Boy was I wrong. Looking at someone do the workout, it doesn’t seem too difficult, or like it is even a workout. Once again I was wrong. Yes, I just admitted I was wrong, don’t tell anyone.

I’ve decided to try pilates for at least two more weeks, I may even turn it into one of my experiments. Ohh, now that I think about it, I love that idea, trying to find the perfect workout with fibromyalgia & seeing how it will effect my health/sleep/weight. Now I just need to think of a snazzy title & then you know find some motivation or something.

  1. Please let us know if you find a workout that doesn’t hurt. Everything I’ve tried has had me not able to move for a week….
