Better Karma: Day 1

This is the first day of my experiment to try & find out whether giving random acts of kindness for a month will help my business & life. I’ve tried to do some scientific research on this, by listening to what people have to say about “The Secret” & watching “My Name is Earl”. OK so it’s not really science.

I still don’t entirely understand the concept of karma, but it can’t hurt to be putting good out into the world. Even if it doesn’t help my business, it will help the world. This is so important to me because I want my life to have meaning. I think since I have fibromyalgia, I am more scared than most that it won’t. I want to be able to help people, but wearing shoes hurts, & I barely have enough money for myself, as well as being severely deficient in energy & therefore time. What are your thoughts on karma?

I am a wholehearted believer in karma. What goes around definitely does come around. I’ve found that giving is rewarding and it does come back to you :)
