		<description>Hey, how do you maintain blogging with all the fatigue. I am in the middle of figureing out if i have fibromyalgia or is it chronic fatigue syndrome.  I am constantly so tired and well body aches and i just feel like layign in the bed most days.  How do you get by?</description>
