To vista or not to vista
I keep hearing all this buzz about Windows Vista. I’m so old that I remember when Windows first came out. It could do so much at the time & it was so easy to use. From what I can tell Vista is a lot more complicated, but it can also do a lot more, that is if a person knows how to use it. I know people who are still taking college courses to understand windows xp, I can’t imagine trying to learn all of this by myself. Just from watching a sample video, I understood why Vista is so important, but I don’t think I’d tackle it on my own. Going back to school just to learn how to use your computer can be expensive. That’s why I was interested to see this Windows Vista Training. The CD gives you 19+ hours of training as well as 50+ pages of instructor’s notes. That sounds about as comprehensive as a college course, for a lot less money. What are your experiences with Vista?

I’m going with “to not”. My mom and my brother in law both bought new PCs last month. Bother were loaded with Vista. Both were sold without enough overall power support even adding one new program. Vista is such a hog. Personally, I don’t think computers should be sold with an operating system installed that takes almost all of the computer’s available resources from the get go.
