Has anyone else noticed that…
wearing jewelry hurts? First, it was necklaces, they were just too heavy. Then I noticed that rings were feeling like they were burning my skin. So much so that even though I have a lot of beautiful rings, I have to change it to a different finger every 5 seconds the pain gets so bad. Basically, the only jewelry I can wear are earrings I guess I’m lucky to have that much, but I can’t see earrings when I wear them. I like to look at rings while I work & I haven’t been able to wear them for the last few years. It frustrates me that fibromyalgia has even permeated even little things like wearing jewelry.

That’s gotta be rough. Hopefully it gets better and you can have “pretty hands” again.

Tell me about it, I’ve never been able to wear my wedding ring for more than a couple of hours - mostly I have to keep it in a little box at the bedside.
Humbug!

I understand. I can wear my wedding rings but nothing else. If I do, my finger breaks out underneat the rings. They say with fibro, skin irritation is not unusual.
