My happy place
Running your own business is super stressful. Everyone always tells me to "just relax". I wish this was possible, because I think that my work would be better & more efficient if I was relaxed. However, being told to "Just Relax", doesn’t usually help me. Whenever told to visualize a soothing place, my mind goes to Zion’s National Park. It really shouldn’t be soothing, it’s all jagged rocks & orange & bright red. When I lived down there a kangaroo rat got in our garbage can in the house & everyone thought I was paranoid when I kept saying "ummmm the garbage can is jumping". However, I feel that is what my soul looks like, different, a little jagged, but beautiful in it’s own way. I remember the many hikes I took there, well ok, short walks. One time the whole walk was under a waterfall because of the run off of the snow. I’m told that doesn’t happen very often, plus I don’t go walking very often & go on vacation even less, so I was lucky to catch it. If I could pick any moment of my life to recreate that would be it. If I had to choose a day to live over, that morning would at least be a part of it. Where is your soothing place?

Love your jammie site. Thought that I was the only jammie fibromyalgic around. Take a shower, put on jammies, make some jewelry in my jammies, eat sleep and breathe jammies. I love the silky soft ones. And, no socks with terry cloth. That is just too painful. I am working on my site, but this is my first. My other site is http://www.jeanmariesjewelry.com. No customers but it keeps my mind off the pain. Gives me an idea about my blog. I should call it the insomniac. Be grateful, for we woke today, be grateful, for we have legs, be grateful that we feel the pain, for we are still breathing then. Take care, don’t overdo, relish your life.
