		<description>Ya, I don&#039;t look at the scale anymore. I think its because the last time I looked I had lost a decent amount of weight and I don&#039;t want to ruin that joy :) But I was surprised how much weight I did lose just by changing up my eating habits and eating healthier and having healthy snacks always at hand. Inevitably I will have to go to a doctors appointment and they will weight me (I think th last couple appts I have avoided the weight in somehow!), which I am dreading. The scales at the doctor&#039;s office always weight like 10 pounds heavier I swear!!</description>
