No shoes allowed

We all know how much I hate shoes. I have a very strong aversion to them. I am usually cranky when I am wearing them. That’s one of the reasons why a traditional work environment wasn’t right for me. If I had to work for another company, the only way it would be possible with my health is video & audio conferencing.

I wish these opportunities were more available to other people. It would reduce the employer’s cost of having space for employees, it would decrease the employee’s cost of commuting. Plus, I think when people are offered these kinds of positions, they want to keep them. They know they are lucky to be able to work from home, they like their job more, so they work harder to keep them.  The no shoe thing is just a plus.

Shoes are bad. Truly evil. I think most Fibromites agree.

Gotta say this is one of the most inventive ways of promoting video conferencing I’ve ever seen – a great twist on the benefits of the product. I’m going to take some inspiration and re-evaluate my marketing and see how I might better describe my services.
