A few months ago I posted about a reoccurring intestinal problem. I think I caught it pretty early on. The update is I haven’t had any further trouble. I’ve been really careful about what I eat, but mostly about stress. There are very few things that would be worth me getting that sick again. It’s been good for me to reassess what is important & how I worry about things that don’t really matter. I just hope it’s a lesson I don’t have to learn again.
