Another way to monetize your blog is to use affiliate programs. The main four that I use are Google Adsense, Linkshare, Amazon & Commission Junction. There’s a link to linkshare in my sidebar (that sounds redundant). I like linkshare because of the variety of links you can create. (Again sounds redundant, but now my use of the word redundant is becoming…never mind I’ll stop right there).

Ok back to why I like linkshare.  You can affiliate with all different kinds of sites, but my favorite things are the pictures.  I write about jewelry & decorating on my blogs, this way I don’t have to worry about copyrighted photos.  Instead I just use image product links from linkshare, & I get the added bonus that it might make me money.  Linkshare is easy to setup & use. Plus you can affiliate through some well known sites like Overstock.com & Smartbargains.com. If you have any other recommendations for affiliate programs please leave a comment.
