Or as I like to call them, the errands o safety. To set up a home business you will need a few things to keep everything legal and safe, which is the way we like them.

1. Business license. This can be obtained at your city hall, mine was under $30 for a whole year. There is some controversy whether this is necessary so check with your local city as it varies.

2. Tax ID: You will need this for various things including signing up for some affiliates. You can also use your SSN, but if you aren’t comfortable giving that out, a tax ID will come in handy. You can get them here.

3. Post Office Box: You can get a Post Office Box at well the Post office, my town charges $11 a month. Why do you need one? To keep your information, and home, safe. If you plan on having anything sent through the mail, this is a great safety measure.
